SEOmoz updates their toolbar
Today SEOmoz released an updated version of their popular SEO Toolbar. The new version includes all the original features, but also adds some new cool ones as well.
I won't go into details of the original features, as most of you probably already know them, but as far as the new ones go, I've tried to sum them up in the list below;
- New metrics - Page Authority and Domain Authority (PA/DA)
- SERP overlay showing you the PA/DA and link metrics of the pages in the search results (Google, Yahoo, and Bing)
- The option to show/hide mozTrust and mozRank (for both page and domain) on the toolbar
- Tabbed "Analyze Page" (but it won't let you set default tab)
- When analyzing a page, the tab for page attributes now also includes page load time and http status codes
- Links to more SEO tools and SEOmoz resources
- Quick access to more 3rd party data
You can read more about the toolbars new features over at SEOmoz.
So far I have two requests regarding the toolbar;
- Integrate the "Tools" menu and the "Analyze Page" functionality with the right-click menu
- Make it possible to choose/set the default tab for "Analyze Page"
What's your take on the changes and new features of the SEOmoz Toolbar?
